She has her slave in a furniture position with his hands in handcuffs and she sits full weight on him, smothering him hard! The poor slave is totally at her mercy, hoping that she will let him breath, while the same time he holds Elizabeth's full weight and she kicks him also hard! Elizabeth changes positions on his face and she tells him how lucky he is that he breaths the same air as her, but maybe it has to stop and he will take his life smothering him!
