The Commandant runs a tough prison for recalcitrant males. One rule that is strictly adhered to is that none of the prisoners are ever permitted to masturbate and if caught are severely punished. It has been reported to the Commandant that a trouble maker has been seen masturbating. He is brought before her so she can interrogate him to find out if this is true...
