There are multiple scenes compiled from different videos produced by Ibn in 1994. Every scene has trampling of some kind, either barefoot, in hosiery, or with high heels on. In some scenes there are two women, and some scenes feature the male in bondage. In others he is lying on the ground and being stomped on. There is one scene with the female crushing food and making the slave to eat it. The scenes mostly take place in the living room.
