Nurse Eve is charged with examining a patient and using all means possible to produce a large, healthy sperm sample for analysis. His nipples are tested for sensitivity with the suction cups before his balls are tied and examined. Nurse moves on to a penis examination, checking the blood-pressure and flow, all the while gently stimulating the sperm production. Patient’s prostate gland is then checked and pressed to add extra fluid and ready him for a quick, professional sperm release.
