It's the 70s and Chelsea is charged with keeping care of her younger friend Maddy. But when Maddy slips out to hitchhike to a music festival and is caught thumb out by the side of the road as Chelsea passed by in the car, Maddy is driven straight home. Maddy learns the dangers of her actions over Chelsea's knee and with a strapping to boot!
