To give her the benefit of the doubt, it could be seen that Christy just means to be helpful. But, promising to do something and then being unable to keep that promise is a problem. When she volunteers to help Chelsea by performing in the community talent show fundraiser Chelsea is delighted! However, Chelsea see's the wretched routine she is once again let down, and in a big way since she's already planned out the show. It's time for another trip over Chelsea's knee and this time there's a hairbrush spanking involved!
