Doctors lead such a hectic life, full of depravity that it turns their perception of pleasure into something twisted and strange. Miko had fallen in love with a member of the jakuza, and wanted nothing more for people to prod and probe her, just as she had done to others for so long. She wanted to just be a tool, almost a cadaver for people do with as they pleased, and that is just what happened.
