The movie starts with Adachi Madoka in a school uniform holding two pails of water. She is approached by a man who has sex with her while she tries not to spill any water. Next she goes to a public toilet where she licks the urinal clean, plays with a flute and has men piss on her face. Some old dudes come along and spit in her mouth and fuck her. She then proceeds to the shower room where she gets fucked and takes a golden shower.
