Sailor Mermaid defeats one demonic beast after another as they appear. In front of the Demon King, who plots to eliminate Sailor Mermaid once and for all, a new demon named Elon Zaito emerges. Sailor Mermaid rushes to rescue a man who is being attacked by a demon. But at that moment, that very man—!! Sailor Mermaid is captured by Elon Zaito.
