I guess the plot is that Sora is a little sister with a big brother complex of sorts, and one day she enters his room while he's sleeping. She finds a sex toy and I guess his porny Internet image search results (censored, of course - can't acknowledge that there is plenty of uncensored porn on the Internet, beyond the long arm of Japanese law). I imagine the images have to do with an encasement/immobilization fetish, because soon enough Sora is drugging her big bro and encasing him in a shiny, black rubber mattress/frame.
