Claire Adams tries the House of Gord Suck-o-Matic device. She had just finished a heavy electrical scene and both of her orifices were pretty much fried at this point. So Claire avoided some of Suck-O-Matic attachments on condition that she behaved correctly. Seeing as Lydia was going to be at the controls and not a gullible and easily manipulated guy, Claire figured she had better be on her best behavior.
