Dr. Serene Siren comes into the exam room, where Kenzie Reeves is already waiting. Kenzie seems nervous as Dr. Siren apologizes for keeping her waiting. Dr. Siren asks Kenzie why she made the appointment and Kenzie immediately becomes evasive, reluctant to say exactly what has brought her there. Whatever the reason is, it is clearly very embarrassing for her. When Dr. Siren presses, Kenzie admits that she is having an issue 'down there', insisting that Dr. Siren examine her there, but still not telling her exactly what the problem is.
