It’s Serene’s lucky day – finally someone wants to rent the old coffee shop that’s been sitting empty for almost a year. She tries to contain her excitement as she shows the big man – who said his name was Frank – around the space, listing off all the amenities as she goes. When he says the space is perfect for what he wants, she wants to jump for joy, but instead just smiles. The grin disappears when he grabs her and pins her against the hard wood counter with her hands behind her back. What the hell is he doing? Ivan – his real name – admits he’s not going to rent the place, but he will be spending some time in it with her today.
