Ivan drags Candle in by her hair and her over the edge of the bed. She cries out wondering where he's brought her and what he's doing. He tells her that if she's quiet and does as he says then she'll probably live. At those words, Candle panics, realizing her life is in real danger. She begs him to let her go but instead of freeing her, he ties her wrists tightly behind her back and then repositions her to bind her ankles together as well.
