Seems this young lady Bella has been taken and held captive as she owe this mans boss some money. We find her coming too attached to a steel pole at the neck and the waist by metal restraints. She is struggling against it trying to get free but there is no way she will get free. The man comes in and demands to know where the bosses money is and she say she does not have it. He rips open her shirt then cuts it open to expose her sexy breast. He hold the neck restraint firmly against her throat and makes it hard for her to breath. She twists and gasps kicking her heels in the air. He grabs her arms and begins to tape them to the steel pole behind her back.
