Illustrious Rouge is tied with pantyhose by her co-worker. He puts pantyhose over her head, and ties the legs around her mouth to keep her gag in place. He continues encasing her with his unsold pantyhose stock. This clip starts where Part 1 ended... Now that Illustrious Rouge is completely encased, her co-worker starts wrapping the pantyhose around her body making her bondage much more severe. He removes the pantyhose on her head and tapes her gag in place. He then places her on the floor and uses his last remaining stock to hogtie her. This is where Part 2 ends.
