Is wearing pantyhose and a leotard. Her ankles and wrists are locked in handcuffs. She is laid on her stomach and hogcuffed with another metal cuff. Chains wrapped around her knees, a third pair of handcuffs are locked above her elbows, and chains secure her elbow cuffs and collar to points on the ceiling and in front of her restricting her movement. The keys are placed in front of her and she is told to escape. She tries to reach the keys with her mouth but cannot. She struggles on her little mat, but makes little progress.
