In the next part of our Super Spy Sahrye thriller, our heroine is dressed in sexy nurse costume lingerie and taken bound to the operating room by the evil henchmen and restrained to the operating table with leather medical restraints. The henchmen Sahrye until the Doctor comes in. Once the Doctor improves her helplessness with a neck collar restraint, he has a little fun with her as well. Using an inflatable gag, he shows her exactly how helpless she is. He shove the bulb in her mouth and buckles it tight behind her head. He controls the very air she breathes by pumping it up! His excuse is to wear her out a little before administering the experiment upon her.(Like a bad guy really needs an excuse right?) Sahrye screams and struggles furiously but to no avail. Eventually she is worn out to unconsciousness. She will be the first human to receive the new experimental process!
