Next her bound arms are lifted up high Tiffany into a strappado. A rope is run between her legs ad tied to her arm bindings, and the rest of her clothes are cut away. She's then Groped and manhandled a bit and hand spanked before the Vigilante takes off his belt, Grabs Tiffany by the Hair and whips her with it. After the belt whipping Tiffany is left in her bindings for someone else to find her.
