It is stuffed and taped tightly in her pretty mouth. I clamp her septum and hang a cute little cowbell off of it. The nipple clamps are removed and replaced with heavy suction. I let her endure and whimper as I finish adding more rope. At the end of the clip, the suction cups are removed, leaving her nipples nicely engorged for what is coming next.
