She does a great job with the crotchrope, ankles and knees and then uses some handcuffs looped behind her crotchrope to make sure she can't get out. Jim comes in with the mouthpacking / tape gag - and then ties her elbows, but only because she couldn't manage it for herself... sexy stuff indeed.
