Alessia was not so good this year, so Monaliza decided to give her a hard christmas gift. The goddess has no limits in that movie, she remove all air from Alessia that she really passed_out. Alessia had her hands tied on her back, it's impossible to get out under Monaliza that is really trying to smother her. Monaliza have no mercy about her stupid slave and really doesn't stop with her punishment.
