Ultravixen arrives at an abandoned warehouse only to walk into a trap. As she stands there, paralyzing gas sprays out, freezing first her legs and then as she tries to struggle, it moves up her body and leaves her stiff and unable to move. All she can do is blink! Upon awakening, Ultravixen finds herself strapped upright to a vertical board, a panel ball gag tightly strapped in place and her stocking toes just able to touch the ground. She is bathed in light, but the rest of the room in front of her is in darkness. She pulls at the straps, but finds that she is completely helpless.
