Bondage Date Night Parts 4 & 5 are parts 1 & 2 of the "Maxine's Ordeal" trilogy arc in the second half of the movie. The alternate takes scenes involve Maxine getting bound again so that she can be put on display all over again from new angles. Honestly, if I was directing the movie, I'd be inclined to go into full Stanley Kubrick mode and demand numerous takes... Just in case...
