stuff a rag into Alison's mouth as she sits on a chair with her legs thoroughly bound and her arms behind her back. I then add vet wrap. Finally I add a layer of 4 inch wide micro foam tape, but I don't have enough, so I go get a roll of 2 inch and proceed to wrap it around her head several times. I then put her on the floor and tie her feet. I leave her to struggle for a while.
