Dolly gives good whimper. She also gives good trepidatious-not-sure-this-is-going-to-work face. I start with paddling her a bit more, then progress to an even bigger dildo than the one that was too big for her earlier. She’s pretty uncertain about it, but shiny stars, help with breathing, face punches, *and* a vibrator are enough motivation for her to work herself all the way down onto it and stay there.
