This is the lost episode and surely will one day be a highly sought after collectible! In this edition Dr. Cupcakes already has our heroines elbows bound. He continues adding rope. The rope is tied off to the 4 x4 post which runs through the center of the table. Not only is this a very strenuous position, but the wedge between her legs sinks in deeper! Dr. Cupcakes walks away.
