Every organization needs a method to review the performance of its workers. Hell! is no different. Mostly these are informal sessions where the workers --by which we mean piece of shit slaves-- are asked for their input about working conditions and their goals for the organization. Often they have very little to say (because they are gagged) in these sessions. Occasionally a more formal assessment of a bitch is required and that is the position Slave Cow found herself in recently. It was an opportunity for her to discuss her self-assessment and, of course, receive her own (brutal, painful and degrading) "Performance Review."
