Serene fell during a cheerleading accident and was sent to Dr Kevin to address a potential shoulder injury. Sadly for her they are fresh out of immobilizers and they have to use a straitjacket instead. Serene knows that the Dr. knows best and goes along with it giving him her arms to lace behind her back.
