Dr. Menace and his henchman have some expository dialog before the evil Doctor meets with his boss "Mr Reams." They have even more expository dialog explaining to the viewer their diabolical plan to abduct women and breed them to create an army of plant-people to take over the world. First up is Belinda (Barbara Bayer). We watch her at home showering and then masturbating before one of the villains invades her home and handcuffs, gags and abducts her. Back to the lair, the poor girl is wheeled into the lab and her fate is explained to her as her tits and pussy are . She's then choked into so she can be prepped. Meanwhile, we find out what happened to Trixie, who disappeared during the first movie. She's bound and into a different room by a henchman.
