He stole their TV, He stole their jewels. The only things he didn't steal were the girdles, garters and stockings they were wearing. However, he did leave them with a Lot of rope around their bodies and tape over their mouths and around their heads. After he is done gagging the ladies on-screen, he makes his getaway, leaving the ladies to try to escape!
