Cute dark haired girl is punished for something or other (subtitles are there for anyone who actually cares about the storyline; I don't.) Starts off with her suspended from the wooden harness thing, then with some pointless light whipping until the caning begins just after the 22 minute mark. Crying, tears, the usual. Good times.
