The challenge lasts at least ten minutes. The contestant must hold on to the bar and not call "Mercy" or she loses the challenge. Easy enough, But the catch is that every time she lets go of the bar, she loses a piece of clothing. So technically, it is possible to win the challenge but lose your dignity
