This clip starts where Part 3 ended... Illustrious is left to endure her crotchrope and bondage in darkness and relative silence. When I finally return, I have another surprise... clamps. I feel sorry for her having to endure such a tight crotchrope, so I clamp her nipples and pull them tight. That should help take her mind off the crotchrope. I leave her once again. After a bit, I return with yet another surprise...
