This clip starts where Part 1 ended. Professor Meat Paws slowly raises the hoist with Woman Wonder hooked on the end. It's not long before she is hung by her ankles completely helpless in his lair. She looks delicious as she thrashes around mmmpph-ing and moaning through her well ballgagged mouth. She is helpless without her power belt and PMP taunts her by hanging it next to her. After letting her wear herself out a little, he binds her knees and adds a tight crotchrope and hairtie. He pulls on her crotchrope with one hand and slaps her ass with his other hand. He leaves Woman Wonder to endure her bondage. Soon drool is running from behind her gag and down her face onto the floor. Woman Wonder has been a thorn in his side for quite some time now, and he will get his revenge, but for now the city is his. He leave to wreak havoc on the now unprotected city!
