Purple Jade's captor attempts a posture collar, but he is not happy with how it fits her so he abandons that and instead gags her with an open mouth dental gag, before taping her face with clear tape. A length of rope is tied to her crotchrope. He pulls her forward with it and ties it off to a tie off ring bolted to the floor, effectively using all of her own body weight to pull on her crotchrope.
