This clip starts where Part 3 ended. Rachel still has too much movement for my liking so I wrap her head to the post with many wraps of vetwrap and black tape. I then tape up her hands before removing the concrete block she has been standing on. She slides down a few inches, which tightens EVEYTHING up even more. Rachel is completely helpless tied to the post off the ground. I ask her if she would like to be hogtied instead and she excitedly says "yes"...
