They are clover clamped and then the clamps are pulled tight and tied off to the opposite knee. Soon, I have tied some thin cord to her septum clamp as well. It is tied off to her ankles, keeping her chin low. Wenona just endures for a while, but I order her to ring the bell. It is a lot of effort at this point, but Wenona manages to do it.
