Rachel struggles and mmpphs while on her knees. The Vigilante finally returns. He now has a length of chain. He wraps it around her waist and then between her legs and padlocks it in place. He then puts her on her stomach and tightens all the straps a few extra notches. He leaves her once again to struggle on the ground in the hot sun.
