Doing some kitchen chores in these heavy cuffs is not easy! They are very solid and tight. I am glad they can rotate so I have a little more freedom of movement, but not much. The sun is out, and I want to go outside. But I can not really hurry my chores with these heavy cuffs on! Frustrating!
