Superpowered vigilante Tilly is on the hunt for a new Supervillain in town known as the Sandman. When she interviews, Dixie, the latest person to fall prey to his misdeeds, she eventually begins to realize that she has been tricked and that the Sandman is actually the Sandwoman. Now that she has Tilly in her clutches she sets out her evil plan to sell her off to the highest bidding Supervillain.
