Amanda is late for her job interview with Dixie because she wet her pants. Dixie agrees to continues with the interview but only if she takes off her wet jeans. Amanda is highly qualified but can't get a job because she's so nervous in interviews. When she spills her coffee on herself, Dixie makes her take her dirty shirt off as well but surprises her by offering her the job... with a few conditions.
