This clip starts where Part 2 ended. I hogtie Rosie and then gag her with the vetwrap again, but I also blindfold her with it as well. I add a little black tape and then pull her head back and tape it to her heels. Not the tightest hogtie in the world, but we will get there slowly. At the end, I free her after a little more heavy groping.
