This clip starts where Part 1 ended... Amanda remains seated as the serial Gagger ties her at her waist with rope. He then gets right back to business with another gag. She is blindfolded with cutouts of some kind and a semi-transparent blue tape. 2 pairs of huge panties are stuffed in her mouth and then sealed in with the same tape. He goes overboard with the wraps, but I guess that's just part of his charm. He snips off her bra and promptly tapes up her tits before slapping and groping them, as Amanda whimpers. Amanda endures the gag as her upper torso is wrapped with more red tape. He is ready to gag her again, so he removes her current gag. As the panties are pulled out, it is like watching a magic act... the silky fabric seems to never end. It's hard to believe that all that was stuffed in poor Amanda's mouth. Amanda breathes hard as her next gag is prepared. This is where Part 2 ends.
