Sara is such a damsel. I swear she was born to struggle. That's a good thing in our books! Her elbows are snuggly wrenched together behind her and she can't do much with them. Swinging them from side to side isn't go to get much accomplished but it will make her very tired. Adding a crotch rope to the situation will make things exciting for her. Attaching it to her hands so that with every pull she will dig it deeper into her crotch is just delightful - especially when you tickle her!
