Matron goes to see Headmaster Baxter with a concern. There is a personal hygiene problem at the school and she is asking his permission to perform regular inspections on the girls. He agrees. She tells him there is one particular girl she'd like to bring to his attention. Young Carter was especially unhygienic, showing up that morning with what appeared to be stains on her underwear from not using toilet paper!
