In the final part of Reversal of Fortune, Cherie has tied Ashley very securely to the doggy cart. She torments her captive as struggles and squirms. She lets Ashley come a few times and then gags her with a cleave gag. She then plays with Ashely, watching her come helplessly, before explaining to Ashley that she has set the vibrator on a timer, that will go on and off until she either gets free (impossible), or someone comes and turns it off. She then turns the vibrator on high and leaves Ashley to, indeed, come over and over and over.
