Trixie is really struggling to breathe already: she's spread wide with the 2x4 pressing into her stomach. I pull her head back by tying her pigtails overhead. I clamp her nipples and hang heavy nuts from each clamp before I start strapping her ass and thighs. No she is really struggling.
