He manages to eventually find one, which he puts over her head. He ties the end of it off, pulling her head back. He wishes he had a few more pairs of hose to make her hogtie inescapable, but she won't be going anywhere. He heads off to the party and leaves IR to struggle on the cold dirty warehouse floor.
