Miss Jessica is the Registrar at the University and some knowledge has come to her about the authenticity of a students thesis. She brings him in for a chat. So she has her way of finding out things and he's asked to remove his clothes and bend over the sideboard. He is then subjected to a back and bottom flogging until he tells her the truth.
